博士論文提出等手続き・Ph.D. Thesis Submission and Other Procedures

令和５年度 博士課程後期３年の課程　３月修了予定者　各位
 
令和６年（２０２４年）３月に博士課程後期３年の課程を修了する予定の方は、
『博士論文提出等手続要領』に従い、指定書類・博士論文等を提出し、論文審査及び最終試験を受けてください。博士論文の印刷物（紙冊子体）は、令和４（2022）年度以降、提出不要になりました。

Ⅰ（提出期限；令和５年１１月２７日（月）　～博士論文題目等～）

Documnets, forms:
(Deadline: Novemver 27, 2023 (Mon)   ～Registration Form of the Ph.D. Thesis Title, etc.～)

次の１．から３．の書類を教務係宛へ、提出してください。
※海外に在住しているなどで、原本の郵送に時間がかかる方は電子署名が利用できる場合があります。
　事前に、生命科学研究科教務係へメール等によりご相談ください。
　２．のExcelデータ版は、GoogleFormから、期限までに提出願います（紙での提出は不要）。
　アップロード後、最後の「送信」まで進み、「送信」ボタンを押してください。
Please submit the following documents (1-3)to the Academic Affairs Section.
2. should be submitted as an attachment via via Google form.
Ⅱ（提出期限；令和５年１２月２７日（水）１７時００分・厳守*）～要旨集（最終試験発表用）原稿データの提出～）
　(Strict deadline*: 17:00 December 27, 2023 (Wed)   ～ Abstracts (for final examination presentation) ～)
 
・要旨集（最終試験発表用）原稿（データ） の提出：
　下記の形式で作成し「手続要領の指定ウェブサイト」から12月6日（水）以降、データを投稿してください。

Please prepare your document according to the explanation below and submit the data through the website designated in the Procedures Manual from December 6.

*12/28(木)～1/3(水)まで生命科学研究科は一斉休業するため、問い合わせには対応できません。期限は厳守願います。
*The Graduate School of Life Sciences will be closed from Thursday, December 28 to Wednesday, January 3 and will not be able to respond to inquiries.

Ⅲ（提出期限；令和６年１月５日（金）　～博士論文（審査用）の提出など～）
　(Deadline: January 5, 2024 (Fri)  ～doctor's Thesis (for review), etc.～)

 i. 博士論文（審査用）の指導教員への提出
　指導教員（主査）及び副査へ、１部ずつ提出してください。

 i. Submission of doctoral dissertation (for review) to academic advisor
　Please submit one copy each to your supervisor (main examiner) and associate examiners.
 
ⅱ. 学位申請用書類の提出（令和６年１月５日（金）１７時まで）
　次の書類を教務係宛へ、提出してください。
　提出方法の詳細は、博士論文提出等手続要領（令和６年３月修了予定者）で確認してください。
　また、下記の〔参考資料〕Reference Materials　もご一読願います。
 
 ii. Submission of documents for degree application (Deadline:17:00  January 5, 2024 (Fri) )
Please submit the following documents to the Academic Affairs Section. For details on the submission method (Ph.D. Thesis Submission Procedures ), please refer to the Guidelines.
Ⅳ（提出期限；令和６年３月１３日（水）17時　～「博士論文（公表用・研究科保管用）」提出～）
（Deadline: 17:00 March 13 ,2024 (Wed) ～Ph.D. thesis (For publication and for keeping in the Graduate School)）
 
ⅰ（全員提出）「博士論文「全文」データ」
ⅰ ( for all students) Doctoral thesis "full-text" data: 
　データをGoogleformで提出の上、『同じデータを入れたCD-R１枚（生命科学研究科保管用）』を
　ハードケースへ入れ、教務係へ提出ください。
　形式等は、提出要領で確認してください。
Please submit the following items to the Academic Affairs Section; CD-R should be in a hard case.
 
ⅱ（全文の公表をしない場合のみ、ⅰに加えて提出するもの）
 ii  (only if the full text of thesis can not to be published)
　「博士論文全文の要約データ」：
　データをGoogleformで提出の上、同じデータを入れたCD-R１枚（生命科学研究科保管用）を
　ハードケースへ入れ、教務係へ提出ください。
　形式等は、提出要領で確認してください。
  Summary data of the full text of the doctoral dissertation: CD-R, 2 copies (1 copy each of the original(正) and the additional copy (副)
 
　・博士論文は、提出後、原則１年以内に全文を公表することになります。
　（詳細は「参考資料１）博士論文を提出する方へ」）
    ・公表時期「未定」で要約依頼書を提出した場合は、修了する月までに
　　公表時期について生命科学研究科教務係へ連絡してください。
 
　アップロード後、最後のセクションまで進み、「送信」ボタンを押してください。
  • ◎その他日程
    ・博士論文審査期間：令和６年１月　５日（金）～１月１８日（木）
    ・最終試験審査期間：令和６年１月１９日（金）～１月２９日（月）
    　　　　　　　　　　　審査の詳細は、指導教員の指示に従ってください。
     
    ・修了者の発表・・・・・・・・・・・・３月　６日（水）１７時頃（予定）
    ・学位記授与式及び学位記伝達式・・・・３月２６日（火）
    　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　詳細は後日（３月上旬頃）お知らせします。
     
    ◎Other Schedule
    ・Ph.D. Thesis review will be held from January 5 (Fri) to January 18 (Thu), 2024.
    ・The final exam is scheduled for January 18 (Fri) - January 29 (Mon), 2024.
    *For details of the review process, please follow the instructions of your supervisor.
     
    ・Announcement of graduates
    Results will be announced around 5:00 p.m. on Wendnesday, March 6, 2024 (scheduled).
     
    ・Degree Conferral and Ceremony of Graduation
    Scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Details will be announced at a later date.
