April 9, we held a joint cherry blossom viewing party with Dr. Uta Paszkowski, who was visiting Tohoku University as a seminar lecturer, hosted by the Kyozuka Laboratory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the cherry blossom viewing and the seminar that followed, we had the opportunity to hear the professor&#8217;s fascinating talks on arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) symbiosis, which proved to be a highly
