On Nov 30th, our paper about mitochondrial dynamics in Arabidopsis zygote has been published. Based on live imaging, we revealed that mitochondria show filamentous alignment along F-actin in zygote. Moreover, mitochondria are transiently fragmented during cell division and unequally distributed to the apical daughter cell.
