Our new publication about the detail mechanism of vacuolar dynamics in zygote has been published on Plant & Cell Physiology.
We previously reported that unequal vacuolar distribution to the basal side of Arabidopsis zygote is required for the asymmetric division to establish the body axis.
In this paper, combining live-imaging of higher spatio-temporal resolution with photo-convertible fluorescent protein, we found multiple regulatory steps of vacuolar membrane dynamics in zygote.
