Research Overview
As our laboratory locates in the Kazusa DNA Research Institute (Kisarazu, Chiba) as a collaborative course, we are able to have a benefit from the wealth of research resources that the institute has been accumulated. We have been working on omics researches of various living organisms including human, mouse, Arabidopsis thaliana (model plant), crops and bacteria such as rhizobia. We have also been working on bioinformatics including database construction, assembly of genome and transcriptome sequences, and applied researches of omics to the industrial biomass production.
