I am interested in the visualization of invisible plant physiological changes by hyperspectral imaging to reveal molecular mechanisms of photosynthesis.

Recent Activities

  Using the hyperspectral camera, I have taken plant physiological changes between wild-type and mutant under dark and light. We can see there is a big difference in the mutant under the light. This reflects an invisible internal response. The observations indicate that hyperspectral imaging would be an effective tool for findings of mutant, or novel photosynthetic mechanisms in plant studies.
