I am learning about the freezing of crystals.
Tohoku University houses a synchrotron radiation facility called NanoTerasu,
which enables X-ray crystallographic analysis to be conducted on campus.
今週は結晶の凍結について学んでいます。
東北大学には「ナノテラス」と呼ばれる放射光施設があり、
キャンパス内でX線結晶構造解析を行うことが可能です。

Hands-on training in the laboratory officially began last week.
Together with other lab members, we will learn a wide range of techniques,
from the basics of protein handling to analytical methods,
through practical laboratory experiments.
先週より、研究室での実践的なトレーニングが本格的に始まりました。
研究室のメンバーとともに、タンパク質の取り扱いの基礎から解析技術まで、
実際の実験を通して学んでいきます。

【活動報告　261005】
We organized an excursion to Zao with our laboratory members and students from Cairo University who visited Japan. Through a quiz competition on the bus and a tour of the magnificent natural scenery, we enjoyed meaningful and strengthened our friendship. We also visited traditional Japanese houses relocated to Michinoku Lakewood National Government Park, deepening our understanding of Japanese culture.
来日したカイロ大学の学生と研究室メンバーで、蔵王エクスカーションを実施しました。
バス車内でのクイズ大会や雄大な自然の見S学を通して交流を深めました。
また、みちのく湖畔公園に移設された日本の古民家を訪れ、日本文化への理解を深めました。
