  Reception desk opens at 9:15

 

General Explanation 9:30 - 11:25
   - Greetings from Dean 9:30 - 9:35 (5 minutes)
   - Admission Guidance and Q&A 9:35 - 9:55 (20 minutes)
   - Introduction to Career Support 9:55 - 10:05 (10 minutes)
   - Introduction to each field of study (laboratory) 10:10 - 11:25 (75 minutes)

 

Poster Presentation 11:40 - 13:00
(Light snacks will be provided during the poster presentations.)

 

(Time to move to the labs, lunch break 13:00 - 14:00)

 

Laboratories open doors 14:00 - 17:00
Labs will be open to the public, please move around the various labs

* Without prior request (registration), the applicant's laboratory of interest may not be included in this information session. Even if there is an application, it may not be possible for the laboratory to attend this event, depending on the circumstances.

*In the event that the request is made close to the date of the event, we may not be able to accommodate the request due to preparation time. Please complete the registration or send us a request as soon as possible.
* Those who wish to apply for the doctoral program entrance exam are also welcome to attend this event.

* If for some reason you are unable to attend after registering, please contact the Academic Affairs Section of the Graduate School of Life Sciences.

The deadline for registration is 17:00 on Thursday, September 21.

Applicants who apply under eligibility requirements (6)[*], (9), (10), and (11) will be required to undergo pre-screening.
Deadline for submission of pre-screening application forms: Thursday, September 14
[*]Requests must be made by Wednesday, August 30
Please contact us as soon as possible. Even if the deadline has passed, please contact us once if you wish to take the exam.
