公益財団法人松下幸之助記念志財団よりKMMFスカラシップ2026年度奨学生の募集案内がありました。応募したい方は、8月5日(水)までに生命科学研究科教務係へ応募書類を提出してください。締め切りに間に合わない場合は、ご相談ください。

なお、2026年度に併給不可の他奨学金について受給決定の者ならびに申請中(直接応募含む)の者については、原則として選考対象外としますのでご留意願います。

募集要項・申請書等のダウンロードは学内限定です。書類をメールにて送ることができますので、希望の方は教務係までにメールにてご連絡ください。

応募資格等 ※詳細は、募集要項で確認してください。

課程・年次:2026年10月に修士課程に入学する者
※結果がまだ決定していなくても応募可能ですが、合格者を優先します。
国籍・地域:アジア、アフリカ、ラテンアメリカ地域 (注:詳細は募集要項で確認)
日本語能力:N3相当以上が望ましい
その他財団が求める資格・要件:
・①日本と諸外国との相互理解、②自然と人間との共生、と合致する研究を行う外国人留学生
・財団が主催する行事(年数回)全てに参加できる者
・9月末日までに日本に在住している者で、助成期間中(奨学金支給期間中)、日本に在住する者。(入国規制などで来日が遅れる場合は、内定の取り消しとなります)
・他の奨学金との併給不可 ※LEAP等の研究奨励費との併給も不可
・授業料も支給されるため、授業料免除申請不可

奨学金金額:
・15万円/月(生活費)
・入学料、授業料
・渡航費(別途財団規定による金額を支給)

支給期間:2026年10月~2028年9月末まで(最大2年間)

・成績証明書(学士課程のもの)(コピー可)
・入学許可書または合格通知書 ※応募時点で合否が判明していない者は受験番号と合格発表日時がわかる資料(任意様式)を提出。

記入上の注意
①応募書類は日本語または英語でPC入力により作成すること
②所定様式のページ割り当て・枚数の変更はせず、必ず各ページに収めること
③現在の所属・住所の欄には、記入時(修士課程進学前)の状況を記入すること
④学歴(小学校から)の欄には、古いものから順に、学部等も記入すること
例)〇〇大学〇〇研究科・研究生 (国名)
⑤GPAは別紙GPA算出方法を参照の上、算出した値を記入すること
※既に成績証明書に記載のある場合、4.0点満点であれば別紙と異なる算出方法でも構いません。表記方法が著しく異なる場合など、算出が難しい場合は当係までご相談ください。

The Konosuke Matsushita Memorial Foundation has announced a call for applications for the KMMF Scholarshipfor the 2026 academic year. Those who wish to apply should submit the application form to the Academic Affairs Section of the Graduate School of Life Sciences by Wednesday, August 5If you are unable to meet the deadline, please contact the Academic Affairs Section office.

As a general rule, students who have already been selected for or are currently applying for other scholarships that do not allow dual receipt (including direct-application scholarships) for the 2026 academic year are not eligible to apply.

Eligibility Requirements *Please refer to the application guidelines for full details.

Program & Year: Students enrolling in a Master’s program in October 2026.
*You may apply even if your admission result has not been announced yet, but accepted students will be given priority.

Nationality/Region: Countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. (Please check the guidelines for the details).

Japanese Language Proficiency: N3 level or equivalent is preferred.

Other Qualifications/Requirements from the Foundation:
International students conducting research aligned with the foundation's core themes: ① Mutual understanding between Japan and other countries, or ② Coexistence of nature and humankind.
- Must be able to attend all events hosted by the Foundation (held several times a year).
- Must be residing in Japan by the end of September and remain in Japan during the scholarship period. (The provisional offer will be canceled if your arrival is delayed due to immigration restrictions, etc.)
- No dual scholarships allowed: Cannot be combined with other scholarships or research grants (such as LEAP, etc.).
- Because this scholarship covers tuition fees, recipients are not eligible to apply for the university's tuition exemption.

Scholarship Amount: 
- 150,000 JPY/month (living expenses)
- Admission fee, tuition fees
- Travel expenses (amount determined separately by foundation regulations)

Scholarship PeriodOctober 2026 - September 2028 (maximum 2 years)

- Application Form *The "Consent to the Handling of Personal Information" mentioned in Section III-1 (p. 3) of the guidelines is NOT required.
- Academic Transcripts (from your Bachelor's degree) (Copies accepted)
- Letter of Acceptance or Passing Notification *If your results are not out yet, please submit a document (any format) showing your examinee number and the date/time of the results announcement.

民間奨学金申請時の心得(チェックリスト)・Checklist

Instructions for Filling Out the Forms:
1. Application documents must be filled out in Japanese or English using a computer.
2. Do not alter the page layout or the number of pages of the designated forms. Ensure content fits within the original pages.
3. In the "Current Affiliation/Address" section, write your current status at the time of writing (prior to entering the Master's program).
4. In the "Educational Background" section (starting from elementary school), list your history in chronological order (oldest to newest), including your university faculties/departments.
Example: 〇〇 University, Graduate School of 〇〇, Research Student (Country Name)
5. For the GPA, calculate your score according to the attached "GPA Calculation Method" sheet and enter the value.
*If a GPA is already printed on your transcript, and it is out of a 4.0 scale, you may use it even if the calculation method differs from the attached sheet. If it is difficult to calculate due to significantly different grading scales, please consult the Academic Affairs Section.
