産総研イノベーションスクールでは、社会のさまざまな課題に挑戦しイノベーションを創出できる人材を育成するためのコースを開設しています。
イノベーション人材育成コース（PDコース）は、若手博士人材（ポスドク）を対象とした1年間（4月～翌年3月）のコースです。
期間中は産総研特別研究員（第１号契約職員、ポスドク）として雇用されます。
特色ある講義・演習に加え、協力企業での長期研修、産総研での最先端研究に取り組みます。
応募資格：博士号取得者（2027年3月末までに取得見込みの者を含む）、日本語能力試験N2程度以上
採用期間：2027年4月1日～2028年3月31日

The AIST Innovation School offers an Early-Career Researcher Development Program designed to cultivate human resources capable of driving open innovation to generate solutions to social issues and accelerate their implementation in society.
Innovative Human Resource Development Course (PD Course)

Eligibility: PhD holders (including those expected to receive their degree by the end of March 2027) who have achieved a Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 level or higher.
Duration: One year, from April to March of the following year
Status: Appointed as a postdoctoral researcher (AIST Special Researcher; Type 1 fixed-term employee); research funding is provided
Curriculum: Lectures and exercises at AIST Tsukuba, research at AIST under the guidance of a host supervisor, training at companies for 2–4 months, and a presentation session at a conference in Tsukuba
