2027年3月修了予定者 各位
筆頭著者の論文が２月末日までに受理されないと予想されるとき、投稿中の論文に対する審査を行い、学位取得要件（二）の代わりとすることができます。
※学位取得要件（二）：審査のある学術誌に、筆頭著者の論文が一報以上掲載、又は受理されていること。当筆頭著者論文は博士論文を構成する内容を含んだものであることを原則とする。
〇博士課程科目修了生の特例審査について
博士論文審査および最終試験合格後に科目修了退学となった者も、特例審査を申請することができます。

Special Exception Review Procedures
To: Students expecting to complete the Doctoral Program (3-Year Course) in March 2027
● For Enrolled Students in the Doctoral Program (3-Year Course)
If it is anticipated that a manuscript where the student is first author will not be accepted by the end of February, a review of the under-review manuscript can be conducted as a substitute for Degree Requirement (2).
※Requirements for Obtaining a Doctoral Degree (2): Publication or acceptance of at least one first-authored paper in a peer-reviewed academic journal. As a general rule, the first-authored paper must include content that forms the core of the doctoral dissertation.
