「１.TAO出願用URL（出願登録用サイト）」及び
「２.出願申請確認フォーム（Googleform）」のURLをお知らせします。
出願期限までに、１.と２.どちらも登録を完了願います。
・URLは、入試ごとにURLが異なります。入試名を確認の上、入力を開始してください。
・郵送（又は窓口提出）が必要な出願書類も、学生募集要項で確認の上、期限までに提出願います。
・2.「出願申請確認フォーム（Googleform）」は、入試の出願期間前から入力可能です。

【操作方法】 募集要項のとおり、
①まず、TAOで「出願者登録」を行い、
②その後「出願者としてログインしている状態」で、

上記TAO出願用URLをアドレスバー /ロケーションバー へ貼り付け、移動
③出願用サイトが表示されるので、” +出願を開始 ” してください。
TAOへの出願登録完了後、TAO出願状況が ” 出願済み ” となったか、確認してください。
【注意】 TAOへアップロードする出願書類のデータは、できるだけ3MBまでに収めてください。

- The URL is different for each entrance examination. Please confirm the name of the entrance examination before registering.
