修士論文提出等手続き・Master's Thesis Submission Procedures
生命科学研究科博士課程前期２年の課程 ２０２５年９月修了予定者 各位
２０２５年９月に博士課程前期２年の課程を修了する予定の方は、
次の『修士論文提出等手続要領』,『学位フローチャート』を一読の上、
必要な指定様式・書類を提出し、論文審査及び最終試験を受けてください。
特に、特許関係の内容を含む場合は、手続要領で指定しているデータの作成方法・提出方法を厳守してください。
To all students scheduled to complete the Master's Course in September 2025
For those who plan to graduate in September 2025, please refer to the following "Steps for submitting the thesis" and "Master's Thesis Submission Procedures Guide", submit the required forms and documents, and undergo the thesis review and final examination.
In particular, if your thesis contains patent-related content, please strictly follow the data preparation and submission methods specified in the procedures guide.
♦ 学位取得フローチャート ♦ Steps for Submitting a Thesis
提出様式・資料等 / Documnets, forms:
Ⅰ．（提出期限；２０２５年６月２日（月）１７時～「修士論文題目等」～）
(Deadline: 17:00 on June 2, 2025 (Mon) ～Registration Form of the Master’s Thesis Title～)
それぞれ下記から指定の様式をダウンロードし、１．及び２．のどちらも提出してください。
（指定様式を使用しないと、文字化けしたりファイルが開けなくなる恐れがあります）
・１．の題目届（紙・指導教員の押印が必要）は、教務係へ期限までに提出してください。
・２．のExcelデータ版は、GoogleFormへ期限までに提出してください。
※知財関係の内容を含む場合は、『手続要領』で指定しているデータの作成方法・提出方法を厳守してください。

下記で指定しているファイル形式で作成し、GoogleFormへ期限までに提出してください。

Please prepare the abstracts for the final exam presentation in the format specified below and submit it via Google Form by the deadline.

～「修士論文（審査用）PDF」の教務係への提出～

～「修士論文（研究科保管用）」及び「修士論文全頁閲覧・複写許諾書」の提出～
(Strict deadline: 17:00 on September 1, 2025 (Mon) ～Master's thesis (for keeping in the Graduate School) and Permission for full-page access and a copy permission of Master's Thesis～)
最終試験実施後、次のものを教務係へ期限までに提出してください。
海外に在住しているなどで提出物の郵送が難しい方は、電子署名が利用できる場合があります。
その旨教務係へお知らせください。

論文PDFデータ（手続要領で指定した方法で作成したもの）を入れたCD-R １枚
/ Master's thesis (for keeping in the Graduate School): data CD-R 1 copy
2.「修士論文全頁閲覧・複写許諾書」：（紙媒体で提出）
様式を下記からダウンロードし、指導教員の認印をもらい、押印（又はサイン）したもの。

・論文審査：２０２５年 ７月２２日（火）～ ７月３１日（木）
・最終試験：２０２５年 ８月 １日（金）～ ８月 ６日（水）
審査の詳細は、指導教員の指示に従ってください。
・修了者の発表・・・・・・・・・・・・９月 ３日（水）１７時頃（予定）
・学位記授与式及び学位記伝達式・・・・９月２５日（木）
式の詳細は後日（８月末頃）お知らせします。
