修士論文提出等手続き・Master's Thesis Submission Procedures

生命科学研究科博士課程前期２年の課程
２０２６年３月修了予定者　各位
 
２０２６年３月に博士課程前期２年の課程を修了する予定の方は、
次の『学位フローチャート』及び『修士論文提出等手続要領』を一読の上、
必要な指定様式・書類を提出し、論文審査及び最終試験を受けてください。
特に、特許関係の内容を含む場合は、手続要領で指定しているデータの作成方法・提出方法を厳守してください。
 
To all students scheduled to complete the Master's Course in March 2026
 
   For those who plan to graduate in March 2026, please refer to the "Steps for Submitting the Thesis" and the  "Master's Thesis Submission Procedures Guide", submit the required forms and documents, and complete the thesis review and final examination.
   In particular, if your thesis contains patent-related content, please strictly follow the data preparation and submission methods specified in the procedures guide.

♦　修士学位取得フローチャート　　♦　Steps for  Submitting a Thesis

提出様式・資料等　/　Documnets, forms:
Ⅰ．（提出期限；２０２５年１１月２５日（火）１７時～「修士論文題目等」～）
　(Deadline: 17:00 on November 25, 2025 (Tue.)   ～Registration Form of the Master’s Thesis Title～)

次の１．及び２．のどちらも提出してください。それぞれ指定の様式を使用してください。
（指定様式を使用しないと、文字化けしたりファイルが開けなくなる恐れがあります）
１．の題目届（紙・指導教員の押印が必要）を教務係へ、期限までに提出してください。
２．のExcelデータ版は、GoogleFormから、期限までに提出してください。
※特許関係の内容を含む場合は、『手続要領』で指定しているデータの作成方法・提出方法を厳守してください。
Please submit both of the following: 1 and 2.
Please submit the following 1. Registartion Form (hard (printed) copy) with your academic advisor's seal) to the Academic Affairs Section by the deadline.
The 2. Excel data version must be submitted via Google Form by the deadline as well.
* If your thesis contains patent-related content, please strictly follow the data preparation and submission methods specified in the procedures guide.
　
Ⅱ.（提出期限；２０２５年１２月２５日（木）１７時００分・厳守*）
　　～「最終試験要旨」の提出～
       (Strict deadline*: 17:00 on December 25, 2025 (Thu.)   ～ Abstracts for final examination presentation ～
 
下記で指定している形式で最終試験の要旨を作成し、GoogleFormから期限までに提出してください。
※特許関係の内容を含む場合は、『手続要領』で指定しているデータの作成方法・提出方法を厳守してください。
 
Please prepare the abstract for the final exam presentation in the format specified below and submit it via Google Form by the deadline.
* If your thesis contains patent-related content, please strictly follow the data preparation and submission methods specified in the procedures guide.
 
Ⅲ．（提出期限；提出期限；２０２６年１月１６日（金）
～「修士論文（審査用）PDF」の教務係への提出～
          (Deadline: 17:00 on January 16, 2026 (Fri.) ～Master's Thesis (for review) ～）
 
教務係へGoogleFormから、期限までに提出してください。
※学生から主査及び副査への提出方法や提出媒体については、指導教員・研究室へ確認してください。
※特許関係の内容を含む場合は、『手続要領』で指定しているデータの作成方法・提出方法を厳守してください。
 
Submit via Google Form by the deadline.
*In addition, please follow your academic advisor's instructions regarding the method and format of submission of your thesis to the main and associate examiners.
* If your thesis contains patent-related content, please strictly follow the data preparation and submission methods specified in the procedures guide.
 
 
Ⅳ.（提出期限；２０２６年３月２日（月）１７時まで）
「修士論文（研究科保管用）」及び「修士論文全頁閲覧・複写許諾書」の提出～
      (Deadline: 17:00 on March 2, 2026 (Mon.) ～the Master's Thesis (for retention in the Graduate School) and the Permission for full-page access and copying  of the Master's Thesis～)
 
最終試験実施後、次の書類を教務係へ期限までに提出してください。
海外に在住しているなどで提出物の郵送が難しい方は、電子署名の利用できる場合があります。
その旨教務係へお知らせください。
 
After the final examination is held, please submit the following materials to the Academic Affairs Section by the deadline.
If you live abroad or have difficulty submitting the documents by mail, you may  use electronic signatures instead. Please contact the Academic Affairs Section for further details.
◎その他日程
 
・修士論文審査期間：２０２６年１月１６日（金）～　１月２３日（金）
・最終試験審査期間：２０２６年１月２７日（火）～　２月　５日（木）
　　　　　　　　　　　審査の詳細は、指導教員の指示に従ってください。
 
・修了者の発表・・・・・・・・・・・・３月　５日（木）午前１０時頃（予定）
・学位記授与式及び学位記伝達式・・・・３月２５日（水）
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　詳細は後日（２月下旬頃）お知らせします。
 
 
◎Other schedule
・The Master's Thesis Review will be held from January 16 (Fri.) ,2026 to January 23 (Fri.), 2026.
・The final examination will be held from January 27 (Tue.), 2026 to February 5 (Thu.), 2026.
*For details on the review process, please follow the instructions provided by your academic advisor.
 
・Announcement of graduates: March 5 (Thu.), around 10:00 ( scheduled)
・Degree Conferral and Graduation Ceremony: March 25 (Wed.)  *Details will be announced at a later date (around late February).
