公益財団法人亀井記念財団より2025年度奨学生の募集案内がありました。応募したい方は、2025年5月8日（木）までに応募書類を生命科学研究科教務係に提出してください。締め切りに間に合わないようであれば、ご相談ください。
なお、2025年度に併給不可の他奨学金について受給決定の者ならびに申請中（直接応募含む）の者については、原則として選考対象外としますのでご留意願います。

※入力作成も可能ですが、財団の指示により作成者（指導教員）の署名、押印（シャチハタ不可）が必要です。

【書類作成について】
・黒のボールペン等で記入すること。消えるボールペンは使用不可。
・該当事項がない欄には「なし」等と記入すること。
・経歴については空白期間のないように記入すること。
・「家計の状況」欄については、収入と支出の合計を一致させること。
※2025年4月現在で記入すること
※学費（授業料）について：
-2025年度前期分を月額換算で記入
-免除申請中の場合：金額は書かず（免除申請中）と記入
・「他の奨学財団からの奨学金受給状況」欄については、受給歴がある場合に直近3件まで記入すること。
※現在申請中の他奨学金がある場合はその旨お知らせ願います。
・「身元保証人」欄については、学業遂行上の保証者を意味するため、指導教員等に依頼すること。
・本奨学金は正規の修業年限を保証する奨学金ですので、なるべく在籍残期間が1年以上の者を優先して推薦します。

The Kamei Memorial Foundation has announced a call for applications for scholarships for the 2025 academic year. If you wish to apply, please submit your application documents to the Life Science Graduate School Academic Affairs Office by Thursday, May 8, 2025. Please contact us if you anticipate any difficulty meeting this deadline.
Please note that individuals who have already been awarded or are currently applying for (including direct applications) other scholarships that cannot be held concurrently in the 2025 academic year will, in principle, not be eligible for selection.
Eligibility Requirements, etc. *Please refer to the Application Guidelines for detailed information.
- Applicants must be enrolled in a regular graduate program.
- Applicants must be able to communicate in Japanese.
- Concurrent receipt of scholarships is possible if the total monthly amount of scholarships received by the applicant, their spouse, and their family is 120,000 yen or less.
Scholarship Amount: 60,000 yen per month
Scholarship Period: From April 2025 until the standard completion date of the regular program.

Documents for Submission
(1) Application Form (Foundation's designated form, A3; Please attach the photo.)
(2) Recommendation Letter (University's designated form)
*Must be prepared by the applicant's academic advisor or class supervisor.
*Inputting the information through PC is acceptable, but the Foundation requires the signature and seal (non-Shachihata type) from the academic advisor.

Instructions for Preparing Documents
- Please use a black ballpoint pen or similar to fill out the forms. Erasable pens are not permitted.
- If a section is not applicable, please write "なし" or similar.
- Please ensure there are no gaps in the chronology of your educational and professional background.
- For the "Household Financial Situation" section, please ensure that the total income and expenses match.
* Please provide information as of April 2025.
* Regarding tuition fees :
>Enter the monthly equivalent of the first semester's tuition for 2025.
>If you are applying for a tuition fee waiver, do not enter an amount; instead, write "(免除申請中)".
- For the "Scholarship Awards from Other Foundations" section, please list up to the three most recent scholarships you have received.
- If you are currently applying for other scholarships, please indicate this.
- For the "Guarantor" section, please request your academic advisor or another appropriate faculty member, as this guarantor refers to someone who can vouch for your academic progress.
- As this scholarship aims to support students through their standard program duration, preference will be given to applicants with at least one year remaining in their enrollment period.
