「トランスファラブルスキル養成プログラム」の受講について
大学院生のみなさま
東北大学では、学⽣が、社会で広く活⽤できる汎⽤的なスキル（トランスファラブルスキル）等を⾝に付けた上で修了できるよう、「トランスファラブルスキル養成プログラム」を
開講しています。
大学院生必修のプログラムとなっていますので、学生は修了までの間に本プログラムを
受講し、課題を提出してください。
（2024年度以降入学の博士学生及び2025年度以降入学の修士学生）

なお、トランスファラブルスキルとは、『応用可能なスキル』とも言われ、大学院学生が学位を取得した後のキャリアにおいて、幅広い職業選択の機会を確保する上で重要となるスキル群です。自身の専門分野での研究面におけるスキルだけでなく、専門性を超えた多様なスキルは民間企業等のビジネス面でも有効に活用することができます。
本プログラムでは3つのコンテンツ（トランスファラブルスキル研修、研究力強化セミナーシリーズ、PhDCキャリアセミナー）に取り組むことで、オープンバッジを修了証明として発行します。

Introducing A New Program: Transferable Skills Development Program
Dear all graduate students
Tohoku University offers the “Transferable Skills Development Program” so that students can complete their studies with general skills that can be used widely in society.
Master's students and doctoral students are required to complete the "MC" and "DC" versions
of this program, respectively, by the end of their Masters or Doctoral program.
*Master's students enrolled from FY2025 and doctoral students enrolled from FY2024 are targeted.

Transferable Skills are perceived as skills that are applicable to a variety of situations, rather than being confined to a specific field. For early-career researchers and PhD students, these Transferable Skills represent a crucial concept that broadens their knowledge and experiences beyond their academic field.
This broadening aids in the development of their career paths, preventing them from being limited to a narrow range of experiences. Upon completion of this program, you will receive an Open Badge, which will be officially certified by Tohoku University.
