新規入居希望者

※夫婦室・家族室へ申請する場合、添付書類が必要となりますので、募集要項で必要書類を確認の上、提出してください。
- 2026年4月現在、本学に在学する（在学見込みの者を含む）外国人留学生
必ずしも、第一希望に入居許可されるとは限りません。居室数と希望者数の関係で第二希望以下に許可されることが多いことをご了承ください。毎年、入居宿舎が決まった後、宿舎を変更してほしいという訴えがありますが、変更できませんので、入居を希望しない寮には初めから希望順位を入力しないようにしてくさい。
延長希望者

- 期間延長申請資格
（１） ＵＨ三条・三条Ⅱ・三条Ⅲ・第一会館・第二会館
2025年10月1日以降現在の居室に入居し、2026年3月13日まで許可されている者
・延長できる期間は、半年間（2026年9月15日（火）まで）です。
（２）ＵＨ青葉山
① 2024年10月1日以降現在の居室に入居し、2026年3月13日まで許可されている者
・延長できる期間は半年間（2026年9月15日（火）まで）です。
② 2025年4月1日以降現在の居室に入居し、2026年3月13日まで許可されている者
・延長できる期間は1年間（2027年3月15日（月）まで）です。
③ 2025年10月1日以降現在の居室に入居し、2026年3月12日まで許可されている者
・延長できる期間は1年半（2027年9月15日（水）まで）です。
※ 研究生として入学し、大学院に進学する方は、在学期間が2年半となりますが、UH青葉山の入居期間は2年間となりますので、最後の6か月は民間アパートに入居していただくこととなります。ご了承の上、延長をお申込みください。
（３） ＵＨ長町、東仙台会館
2026年3月13日まで入居を許可されている者
・延長できる期間は、1年間（2027年3月15日（月）まで）です。
※9月30日、3月31日までの入居ではありませんのでご注意ください。学位記授与式への出席または就職先への移動の場合のため末日まで仙台に滞在する場合は、ホテル等に宿泊する必要があります。

We are pleased to announce the start of application period for the dormitories for international students for the April 2026 semester.
Applicants wishing to apply must submit the necessary documents by Monday, January 19, 2026, via email to the Academic Affairs Section of the Graduate School of Life Sciences. If you anticipate missing the deadline, please contact us for consultation.

Application for New Residents
Documents to be submitted: "【Form1】 Application form (Excel)"
Please complete the application form and submit it to the Academic Affairs Section via email.
Note on Couple/Family Rooms: If you are applying for a Couple Room or Family Room, attached documents are required. Please check the Application Guidelines for the specific required documents before submission.
Eligibility: International students who has a permission to enroll at Tohoku University (including those expected to take the exam from now) as of April 2026.
*Current students are also permitted to apply for student accommodation. (Please note that the selection process gives priority to new students residing overseas. During the previous application round, the number of applicants from abroad was exceptionally high, and consequently, the majority of current student applications were unsuccessful.)
Important Notes on Application: You are not guaranteed admission to your first-choice accommodation. Due to the relationship between the number of available rooms and the number of applicants, it is common for applicants to be approved for their second or lower preferences. We receive complaints every year requesting a change of dormitory after residency has been approved; however, changes cannot be made. Therefore, please do not list any dormitory in your preference ranking that you do not wish to reside in.
Application for Extension (Current Residents)
Documents to be submitted: "【Form0】入居等申請者一覧（延長者用)・Application for Extension".
The international student applicant, or a proxy such as the academic supervisor, should fill in the required information on the "List of Applicants for Extension" and send it to the Academic Affairs Section via email.
Eligibility:
(1) UH Sanjo / Sanjo II / Sanjo III / International House 1 and 2
Eligibility: Those who moved into their current room on or after October 1, 2025, and are permitted to reside until March 13, 2026.
Extension Period: Up to six months (until Tuesday, September 15, 2026).
(2) UH Aobayama
Eligibility: Those who moved into their current room on or after October 1, 2024 and are permitted to reside until March 13, 2026.
Extension Period: Up to six months (until Tuesday, September 15, 2026)
Eligibility: Those who moved into their current room on or after April 1, 2025 and are permitted to reside until March 13, 2026.
Extension Period: Up to one year (until Monday, March 15, 2027)
Eligibility: Those who moved into their current room on or after October 1, 2025 and are permitted to reside until March 13, 2026.
Extension Period: Up to one and a half years (until Wednesday, September 15, 2027)
Note for Research Students: Students entering as Research Students for six months and who plan to advance to a Master's program will have a total enrollment period of two and a half years. However, the maximum residency period at UH Aobayama is two years. Please be aware that you will need to relocate to private accommodation for the final six months. Please apply for the extension with this understanding.
(3) UH Nagamachi / IH Higashisendai
Eligibility: Those who are permitted to reside until March 13, 2026.
Extension Period: Up to one year (until Monday, March 15, 2027).
Important End Date Note: Please be aware that the end dates are NOT September 30 or March 31. If you need to stay in Sendai until the end of the month (e.g., to attend the degree conferment ceremony or move to your next job), you will need to arrange and stay at a hotel or other temporary accommodation for the remaining days.
