一般財団法人アジア国際交流奨学財団より2026年度「川口靜記念奨学生」候補者の募集案内がありました。応募したい方は、2026年1月19日（月）までに生命科学研究科教務係へ応募書類を提出してください。締切までに間に合わない場合は、事前にご相談ください。
なお、2026年度に併給不可の他奨学金について受給決定の者ならびに申請中（直接応募含む）の者については、原則として選考対象外としますのでご留意願います。
応募資格など ※詳細は募集要項を参照のこと
・アジア各国からの外国人留学生
・他の奨学金（国費も含む）を受ける予定のない者
・日本語能力証明書としてTOPJ上級Cレベル以上の者（JLPT・EJU 不可）
金 額 ： 10万円/月(博士後期)、8万円/月(博士前期)
給付期間： 2026年4月あるいは9月より原則１年間
応募書類
(1)申込書・身上書 (財団所定のものを使用のこと）
(2)指導教授の推薦状（1通、A4版の用紙）
(3)在学証明書 または 入学許可書
(4)学業成績書 （現課程のものが入手できない場合は前課程のもの）
(5)在留カードのコピー または 住民票
(6)留学中の修学・研究計画書（A4版の用紙に修学・研究目的、スケジュール及び将来の計画等を日本語、英語のいずれかで書くこと）
(7)合格通知用の「官製はがき」１枚（応募者の現住所を表記すること、裏面は白紙のもの）
(8)日本語能力証明書コピー（TOPJ上級Cレベル以上のもの。JLPT不可）

The Asian Foundation for International Exchange has announced the recruitment of candidates for the 2026 "Kawaguchi Shizuka Memorial Scholarship". Those interested in applying should submit their application documents to the Academic Affairs Section of the Graduate School of Life Sciences by Monday, January 19, 2026. Please consult with us in advance if you are unable to meet the deadline.
Please note that, in principle, students who have already been selected for or are currently applying for other scholarships that do not allow combined payments for the 2026 academic year will be ineligible for selection.
Eligibility requirements *Refer to the application guidelines for details
- International students from Asian countries
- Those who do not plan to receive other scholarships (including MEXT Scholarship)
- Those who have a TOPJ Upper Level C or higher as a Japanese language proficiency certificate (JLPT and EJU are not acceptable)
Amount: 100,000 yen/month (doctoral program), 80,000 yen/month (master's program)
Duration: In principle, one year from April or September 2026
Application Documents
1. Application form and personal statement (use the form specified by the Foundation)
2. Letter of recommendation from the supervising professor (1 copy, A4 size paper)
3. Certificate of enrollment or admission permit
4. Academic transcript (if the transcript of the current program is not available, please submit the transcript of the previous program)
5. Copy of residence card or certificate of residence
6. Study/research plan during the study abroad period (describe the purpose of study/research, schedule, and future plans in Japanese or English on A4 size paper)
7. One "official postcard" for the acceptance notification (please write the applicant's current address, and leave the back side blank)
8. Copy of Japanese language proficiency certificate (TOPJ Upper Level C or higher. JLPT is not acceptable)
