キャリア支援室主催「公務員・教員・独立行政法人等業務説明会」を2026年2月6日(金)に開催いたします。
公的機関の仕事内容と働き方を知ろう！担当者から各機関・団体の業務について直接説明を聞くことができます。
学部3年、修士1年で受験を予定している学生は直接、質問可能な貴重なチャンスです。
それぞれの機関・団体の特色ある業務について理解を深めるとともに、面接などの試験対策についても情報収集を進めましょう。

※ 4ターム目までの業務説明では、話を聞きたい団体のブースに移動してください。30分に質疑応答の時間は含みません。
※ 最終タームの質疑応答の時間は、出入り自由としますので複数の団体を訪問することも可能で、業務説明を聞いていないところでも自由に質問ができます。

Career Support Office is pleased to announce a special information session for students interested in careers in the public sector, education, and independent administrative institutions. The event will take place on Friday, February 6, 2026.
This is a great opportunity to learn about the roles and work-styles of various public organizations. You will have the chance to hear directly from representatives about their specific duties.
For third-year undergraduate and first-year master's students planning to take the exams, this is a valuable opportunity to ask questions directly. Please use this event to deepen your understanding of each organization's unique work and to gather information for interview preparation.
Event Details
Date & Time: Friday, February 6, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Morning Session (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM): Local Government, Education, Independent Administrative Institutions, etc.
Afternoon Session (1:30 PM – 4:30 PM): National Government
Location: Kawauchi-Kita Campus, Education and Student Support Center, East Building, 4th Floor
Schedule (for both morning and afternoon sessions):
Term 1: Organization Briefing 1 (30 min)
Term 2: Organization Briefing 2 (30 min)
Term 3: Organization Briefing 3 (30 min)
Term 4: Organization Briefing 4 (30 min)
Term 5: Q&A Session (40 min)
Note: During Terms 1 to 4, please move to the booth of the organization you wish to hear from. The 30-minute briefings do not include Q&A. The final Q&A session is "drop-in/drop-out," allowing you to visit multiple organizations, including those whose briefings you did not attend.
