公益財団法人竜の子財団より「2026年度外国人留学生奨学生」の募集案内がありました。応募したい方は、2026年1月21日（水）までに生命科学研究科教務係へ応募書類を提出してください。締切までに間に合わない場合は、事前にご相談ください。

応募資格など ※詳細は募集要項を参照のこと

・　日本以外の国籍を有し、アジア諸国から来日している私費留学生
・　2026年4月現在で大学院正規課程に在籍する者
・　日本語によるコミュニケーションが可能な者
・　月額5万円以下の奨学金の併給可
・　財団主催の交流会等に参加できる者
・　面接（2月上旬～3月上旬）および贈呈式（3月下旬）に必ず出席できる者

金　　額：10万円/月
給付期間：奨学生に採用したときから、原則として2年間

応募書類

（１）奨学金申請書（所定様式）：A4用紙1枚
※担当者欄は留学生課で記入しますので記入不要です。
※指導教員欄は指導教員により記入のこと。
（２）履歴書（所定様式）：A4用紙1枚
（３）身上書（所定様式）：A4用紙2枚
（４）経済状況（所定様式）：A4用紙1枚
（５）小論文（所定様式）：A4用紙2枚
※制限字数を守り、独力で作成すること
（６）成績証明書：学部課程以降、直近のものまで
（７）在学証明書
（８）合格通知書の写し（入学予定者のみ）
（９）在留カードの写し（両面）
（10）日本語能力試験の合格証の写し（該当者のみ）
（11）推薦状：指導教員により作成のこと

The Tatsunoko Foundation is now accepting applications for its "2026 Scholarship for International Students". Interested students must submit all application documents to the Academic Affairs Section of the Graduate School of Life Sciences by Wednesday, January 21, 2026. If you cannot meet this deadline, please consult with us in advance.

As a general rule, students who have already been selected for another scholarship that does not allow multiple stipends, or those currently applying for such a scholarship (including direct applications), are ineligible for this award.

Requirements *Please refer to the Application Guidelines for full details.

- Private-expense international students from Asian countries (holding non-Japanese nationality).
- Must be enrolled in a regular graduate degree program as of April 2026.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Japanese.
- Multiple stipends are permitted only if the other scholarship is 50,000 yen per month or less.
- Must be able to participate in the Foundation’s exchange events.
- Must be able to attend the interview (early February to early March) and the award ceremony (late March).

Amount: 100,000 yen per month.
Duration: Generally 2 years, starting from the time of selection.

*Leave the "担当者欄" section blank; it will be filled out by the Student Exchange Division.
*The "指導教員欄" section must be completed by your supervisor.
(2) Resume/CV (Prescribed form): 1 page (A4)

(4) Financial Status Report (Prescribed form): 1 page (A4)
(5) Short Essay (Prescribed form): 2 pages (A4)
*Must be written independently; please adhere strictly to the character limit.

(11) Letter of Recommendation: Must be written by your Academic Advisor
* Format is free (1 page A4). The letter must be sealed by the writer before submission.
* The Foundation highly values the recommendation; advisors are requested to include details regarding the student's academic progress.
