健康診断証明書発行業務の休止について
下記の期間は、健康診断結果データ更新のため、保健管理センター窓口および
各キャンパスの証明書自動発行機での発行を休止いたしますので、ご注意ください。

12月5日（金）～ 9日（火）
※11月11日（火）に定期健康診断を受診した新入生（１０月又は１１月入学者）については、
12月10日（水）から健康診断証明書が発行可能となる予定です。
Temporary Suspension of Health Checkup Certificate Issuance
The issuance of health checkup certificates will be suspended at the Health Care Center counter and at the automatic certificate machines on each campus during the period below, due to system updates of health checkup data.
December 5 (Fri.) – December 9 (Tue.)
Note: Health checkup certificates for new students enrolled in October and November who took the regular checkup on November 11 will be available from December 10 (Wed.).
