学位記及び修了証明書は3月25日以降の配布となります。
それ以前にはお渡しできません。
１．学位記伝達式へ出席する場合
伝達式で学位記及び証明書を授与します。（3月25日14時～）東北大学学位記授与式及び生命科学研究科学位記伝達式について・About the TU Commencement Ceremony and the GSLS Graduation Ceremony (Degree Conferment Ceremony)
２．学位記伝達式へ出席しない場合
学位記及び証明書の受領方法を(1)～(3)より選択してください。
(1)教務係窓口で受け取る。（3月26日～3月31日）
生命科学研究科教務係窓口で受領してください。

受取時間は8：30～12：00、13：00～17：00とします。
(2)研究室で受け取る。（3月26日以降発送）
所属研究室へ発送しますので、受領してください。

レターパックプラス（600円）＊へ「郵送先住所・氏名」を記入し、3月11日(水)までに教務係へ提出してください。送料は修了者負担となります。

＊母国へ帰国する方は、学位記等を受理してから帰国することにご協力をお願いします。
３．修了証明書等が複数枚必要な場合
修了証明書・成績証明書が複数枚必要な場合は、回答フォームより追加分を申し込んでください。
追加分の証明書は、学位記と一緒にお渡しします。
４．学生証の返却（いずれかの方法で必ず返却してください。）

For those who do not respond and are not present at the GSLS graduation ceremony, diplomas will be sent to the respective student's laboratory after March 26.

Please select the method of receiving your diploma and certificates from the options below (1)～(3):

You will need the "Letter Pack plus" envelope. Please write your name and mailing address on the Letter Pack Plus (600 yen, red one)* and submit it to the Academic Affairs Section by Wednesday, March 11. Graduates are responsible for postage.

*We request the cooperation of those who will be returning to their home countries to receive their diplomas, etc. before leaving Japan.

4. Returning your student ID card (Please be sure to return your ID card by one of the following methods.)
● Return your ID card at the Graduation Ceremony venue.
