　提出前に必ず指導教員が内容を確認してください。

　以下に該当する方は、「口座振込申出書」および「通帳写し又はキャッシュカードの写し（口座番号及び名義（フリガナ）を確認できるもの）」をフォームにアップロードしてください。
　・2026年4月に学外より編入学する方
　・東北大学から旅費、謝金、給与等の支給を一度も受けたことのない方

The Graduate School of Life Sciences is now accepting applications for the "Tohoku University Advanced Graduate School LEAP Program (Comprehensive Support Package)" [Standard Track] for the April 2026 term.
Interested applicants should review the application guidelines and apply according to the instructions below.

Important Notes on Eligibility:
- Degree Program Students: Students belonging to specific degree programs (International Joint Graduate Programs, Academia-Industry Co-creation Programs, or the Tohoku Forum for Creativity) do not need to use this application. Please follow the instructions from your respective program office to apply via the "DP-Track".
- Current Fellowship Recipients: Current recipients of the FY2025 AGS RISE Program, Pioneering Research Support Project, or Next-Generation AI Human Resource Development Project do not need to re-apply.

(1) Support Period

From April 2026 until the end of the standard term of study (in principle).

(2) Support Details

Incentive Stipend: 106,000 JPY per month.

Research Grants: Competitive funding for research-related expenses (travel, etc.) is planned.

*The research stipend is classified as "Miscellaneous Income" under tax law. Recipients are responsible for filing a final tax return and paying income tax.

*For students who have not yet arrived in Japan after enrollment, payment of the stipend and research grants will only commence after they have arrived and completed the necessary on-campus procedures.

(3) Eligibility

Students who will be in their 1st to 3rd year of the Doctoral Program at the Graduate School of Life Sciences as of April 2026.

*Students with a history of leave of absence or those in the "Long-term Enrollment System" must consult the Academic Affairs Section before applying to confirm eligibility.

*Students currently on a leave of absence are not eligible to apply.

-There are restrictions on receiving this support simultaneously with other scholarships or fellowships. Please refer to the Application Guidelines for details.

1. Research plan
Convert the file to PDF format and upload it via the form.
File Name: Student ID Number_Name_Research Plan.pdf
Requirement: Your supervising professor must review the content of the plan before submission.
Please ensure your Student ID number is correct.

2. 口座振込申出書　Application for Bank Transfer (If applicable)
If you fall under either of the following categories, you must upload the "Application for Bank Transfer" and a "Copy of your Bankbook or Cash Card" (showing the account number and name in Katakana) to the form:
- Students entering Doctoral Program from another university in April 2026.
- Students who have never received payments (travel expenses, honors, salary, etc.) from Tohoku University before.
