東北大学では、下記日程で定期健康診断を実施します。対象者は各自、Web予約取得後に受診してください。本健康診断は完全予約制とし、受診前に必ずWeb問診にご回答ください。

• 定期健康診断を受けないと就職活動及び奨学金応募等のための『健康診断書』を発行することが出来ませんので注意してください。
• 「健康診断証明書」は2026年6月25日（木）から証明書自動発行機にて発行となります。

Tohoku University will conduct regular health examinations on the following schedule. Eligible students are requested to make a reservation on the Web and undergo a medical checkup. This medical checkup is by appointment only. Please also be sure to fill out the web-based medical questionnaire before the checkup.

Dates and time: April 20 (Mon.) ‒24 (Fri.) & May 7 (Thu.) ‒19 (Tue.), 2026
*Excludes weekends & holidays. Please be punctual for your reservation.

• Please note that without a regular medical checkup, you will not be able to receive a health certificate necessary for job hunting, scholarship applications, etc.
• Medical Examination Certificates reflecting the results of the checkup can be issued from Automatic Certificate Issuance Machines starting June 25 (Thu.), 2026.
