前期２年の課程　２０２５年３月修了予定者　各位
 
２０２５年３月に、本研究科博士課程前期２年の課程を修了見込みの方で、
本研究科博士課程後期３年の課程へ２０２５年４月に進学を希望する方は、下記により「進学願書」を提出してください。
  • 提出物※　… 　進学願書（Excelデータ）　（PDF形式はこちら）
    進学願書の用紙は、ダウンロードしてお使いください。
  • 提出期間　… ２０２５年１月６日（月）～１月１４日（火）１７時まで
  • 提出先 …　生命科学研究科教務係
    （学内便で提出する場合は、片Ａ-20　生命科学研究科教務係宛 として送付してください。）
学内便及び郵送利用の場合
不着等のトラブル防止のため、学内便または郵送で送付した旨を、教務係宛てメールでお知らせください。
  • 進学者発表　２０２５年３月６日（木）午前９時３０分（予定）

※進学願書には、現在の指導教員及び進学後の指導予定教員の認印が必要です。
現在の指導教員と、進学後の指導予定教員が同じ場合は、現在の指導教員の認印の欄のみ押印してください。

  • Please download and fill out the application form.
  • Submission period: Monday, January 6, 2025 - 17:00 on Tuesday, January 14, 2025
  • Place of submission: Academic Affairs Section, Graduate School of Life Sciences
    In case of submitting via the university post "Gakunaibin", please send it to the
    " 片Ａ20  Academic Affairs Section of the Graduate School of Life Sciences"

    In case of submitting the form by Gakunaibin or post
    In order to prevent delays due to non-delivery or other problems, please notify the Academic Affairs Section by e-mail of the fact that you have sent the materials by Gakunaibin or post.
     
  • The results are expected to be announced on the website of the Graduate School of Life Sciences around 9:30 am on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
＊The seal of your current academic advisor and the seal of your prospective academic advisor are required on the application form.
If the current academic advisor and the prospective academic advisor are the same, only the seal of the current academic advisor is required.
