東北大学では、下記日程で定期健康診断を実施します。対象者は各自、Web予約取得後に受診してください。本健康診断は完全予約制とし、受診前に必ずWeb問診にご回答ください。
実施日時：4月21日（日）～25日（金）、 5月7日（水）～20日（火）但し、土日は除きます。
※密を避けるため予約した受付時間（5分前～受付時間まで）にお越しください。時間厳守でお願いします。
予約方法：4月11日から予約開始です。5月7日までWeb予約を完了させてください。
- 定期健康診断を受けないと就職活動及び奨学金応募等のための『健康診断書』を発行することが出来ませんので注意してください。
- 2025 年度に受診した結果による健康診断証明書の発行が可能となる日は、一律６月25日（水）からとなります。

Tohoku University will conduct regular health examinations on the following schedule. Eligible students are requested to make a reservation on the Web and undergo a medical checkup. This medical checkup is by appointment only. Please also be sure to fill out the web-based medical questionnaire before the checkup.
Dates and time: April 21 (Mon.) - 25 (Fri.), May 7 (Wed.) ‒ 20 (tue.), excluding weekends
* To avoid crowding, please come at your appointed time (you can check in 5 minutes early). Please do not be late.
Reservations: Reservations can be made starting April 11; please complete your web reservation by May 7.
- Please note that without a regular medical checkup, you will not be able to receive a health certificate necessary for job hunting, scholarship applications, etc.
- Medical Examination Certificates reflecting the results of this checkup can be issued from Automatic Certificate Issuance Machines starting June 25 (Wed.), 2025
