仙台市内でCOVID-19集団感染が発生したことを受けて、宮城県の村井知事と仙台市の郡視聴は、特に若い世代に対し、今週末は不要不急の外出を自粛するよう要請する方針を固めました。
生命科学研究科のみなさんも、自分が感染しないため、他人に感染させないため、外出自粛にご協力ください。

In the wake of increasing cases of COVID-19 in Sendai, Miyagi Governor Yoshihiro Murai and Sendai City's Mayor Kazuko Kohri have solidified their policy of urging residents—young people in particular— to refrain from non-essential outings this weekend.

新年度は、教職員の異動・学生の帰省や旅行・新入生の入学等による長距離移動が多い時期であり、
COVID-19感染拡大のリスクが増大していることに留意して行動してください。

例年であれば、新入生を迎えての研究室オリエンテーションや新人歓迎会が開催される時期ですが、
COVID-19感染拡大防止の観点から、室内に大人数（目安として10名以上）が集まって実施するイベントは開催せず、新人教育に関しては個別に資料を配布する等で対応していただくようお願いします。

♦生命科学研究科 授業開始時期について
全学教育科目の授業開始時期が変更になったことを受けて検討した結果、本研究科の講義開始日は
４月１３日（月）となります。履修登録もこの日から開始する予定です。
なお、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止の観点から、４月、５月の講義は対面講義とせず、ネット配信等により提供する予定で準備を進めています。但し、一部授業日程の再調整等が必要となったことから、時間割はまだ確定しておりません。（＊当初は４月１３日に一番最初の講義が開始予定でしたが、まだ確定しておりません。一応当日講義がある可能性も視野に入れて下さいますようお願いします。）
近く、決定している講義日程だけでも下記ウェブサイトにてお知ら出来るよう準備中です。しばらくお待ちください。

日本国内でも新型コロナウイルス感染症が徐々に広がっており、さらなる感染拡大も懸念されています。また、日本政府からも多数の人が集まるようなイベント等の中止や延期などの措置を取るよう通達が出ているところです。これらをうけ、学会や大学入学式などを中止する動きが出ています。本学でも動向を見据えて種々検討しているところですが、先んじて、本研究科では新入生向けイベント２件の中止等を決定しました。 今後も新型コロナウイルス感染症の国内外感染状況等によって、本学及び本研究科の対応は随時変更されることから、本通知以降、本研究科ホームページを通じて皆様に最新の研究科対応情報等をお知らせすることとします。スマートフォンやパソコンなどで定期的に確認してください。

In Japan, the risk of a novel coronavirus outbreak is gradually spreading, and there is a concern that the spread of infections will increase. Also, the Japanese government has issued a notice to take measures such as cancelling or postponing events that attract many people. As a result, there is a decision to cancel academic societies and university entrance ceremonies. The Tohoku University is currently examining various issues, but at this time, the Graduate School has decided to cancel two events for new students.
The response of the University and the Graduate School will be changed from time to time depending on the status of a novel coronavirus infection in Japan and overseas. 【入学手続き書類に関する注意事項】
- 全ての提出書類の学籍番号欄は記入しないでください。
- 学生記録の写真は貼り付け不要です。忘れずに同封して下さい。写真の裏面に油性ペン等（消えないペン）で必ず受験番号（進学者を除く）及び名前を書くようにしてください。
- 入学料及び授業料の免除申請をする方は、別途大学本部への申請が必要です。東北大学 ホームページを確認し、各自忘れずに手続きをしてください。
